Helping you thrive in every aspect of life
Our holistic approach addresses both your mental wellbeing and daily functioning, giving you the tools to overcome challenges and achieve your full potential.
Our paediatric services are tailored to each child’s specific needs, using fun and engaging activities to encourage participation and learning. The process typically includes:
Initial Consultation and Assessment:
We begin with a detailed assessment of your child’s abilities, challenges, and goals. This may involve observations, interviews with parents or teachers, and developmental screening tools.
Goal Setting:
Together with the family, we set achievable goals for therapy, whether it's improving handwriting, managing sensory sensitivities, or fostering emotional regulation.
Personalised Therapy Plan:
Based on the assessment, we develop a therapy plan that is tailored to your child’s unique strengths and challenges. Our sessions are play-based, making therapy fun and engaging for children.
One-on-One Therapy Sessions:
Our Occupational Therapists provide regular therapy sessions that focus on developing the skills your child needs to thrive. We use a combination of hands-on activities, sensory play, and movement exercises to help your child build confidence and make progress.
Family and Teacher Support:
We provide parents and teachers with strategies and tools to support the child’s progress outside of therapy sessions, ensuring consistency across all environments.
Ongoing Monitoring and Adjustments:
We regularly monitor your child’s progress and adjust the therapy plan as needed to ensure they continue making gains toward their goals.
As part of the adjustment, we may consider other assessments and therapeutical interventions that your child might benefit the most from, such as:
