Cancellation Policy

At Sigma Therapies, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, in order to provide all of our clients with the highest quality of care and access to timely appointments, we have established the following cancellation policy:

When booking an appointment at Sigma Therapies, we require clients to provide their credit or EFTPOS details as a guarantee.

  1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
  2. Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee will apply.
  3. Exemptions: If you or a family member are sick and you must cancel your appointment, you will be exempt from the cancellation fee if you can provide a valid medical certificate.
  4. No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment fee.
