PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES
Standard Consultation Fee
Our standard consultation fee is $224 per 50-minute session.
The 2023-2024 fee recommended by the Australian Psychological Society is $300.00 for a 46–60-minute consultation.

PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES
Medicare Rebates
Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan from their GP are eligible for Medicare rebates.
Medicare will subsidize 10 sessions per calendar year, providing a rebate of $96.65 per session.
This means that out-of-pocket costs per session will be $127.35 after the Medicare rebate.

NDIS Clients
We welcome NDIS clients and are able to provide services either at our practice or by traveling to your location.
At this point in time, we only accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients. Our fees for NDIS clients are aligned with the NDIS price guide to ensure you receive the appropriate support.
PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES
DVA Clients
We are approved to provide
services to Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) clients. Our rates for DVA clients reflect the DVA guidelines.
DVA clients are entitled to 12 sessions per year, or whichever comes first, either 12 months or 12 sessions.
A referral letter from a doctor is required for DVA clients to access our services.
The psychologist may apply to DVA for higher-priced sessions if needed, but this does not affect the DVA client's financial responsibility.
- Gold Card:
Holders of a Gold Card are eligible for a wide range of health services, including mental health care and psychology sessions. The DVA covers the cost of these services.
- White Card:
Holders of a White Card are eligible for treatment of specific conditions that are accepted by the DVA as related to their service. This can include mental health conditions. If the psychological condition is related to the veteran's service, they may be eligible for psychology sessions.
- Orange Card:
Primarily covers pharmaceutical costs and does not generally cover mental health services like psychology sessions.
PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES
DCPFS (Department of Child Protection and Family Support) Clients
We provide psychological services for clients referred by the Department of Child Protection and Family Support (DCPFS) under a 665 DCPFS contract, which is created by the DCPFS case worker after discussing fees with us.
The fees for DCPFS clients need to be discussed on a case-by-case basis. We tailor our services and fees to meet the individual needs and requirements outlined by DCPFS.

Comprehensive ADHD Assessments
Affordable and Accessible Care
Our
ADHD assessments are designed to be comprehensive and affordable. The initial interview is $525, and the feedback session is $225. This ensures that you receive a complete and accurate diagnosis, along with a detailed report to guide your next steps.
PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES
EMDR Therapy for Trauma
Our EMDR therapy sessions are set at our standard rate of $224.
If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), you will be eligible for a rebate of $96.65 per session. The number of sessions required can vary depending on your individual needs and progress.
PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES
Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan
Patients can access up to 5 allied health services per calendar year under the CDM Plan. These five services are shared among all allied health providers, including psychologists.
If a patient needs services from multiple providers (e.g., a psychologist, dietitian, and physiotherapist), the total number of sessions with each provider will be limited.
A referral from a GP is required for these services to be eligible for Medicare rebates.

PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES
Eating Disorder Plan
Patients can access up to 40 psychological services per calendar year under the Eating Disorder Plan.
Additionally, patients can access up to 20 dietetic services per calendar year.
The Eating Disorder Plan is specifically designed to provide extensive support for individuals with clinically diagnosed eating disorders.
Referrals must come from a medical practitioner (GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician) who has developed the Eating Disorder Plan.

Group Therapy
Our fee for group therapy is $224 per 50-minute session.
Private Health Insurance
Private health insurers may provide a rebate for psychology consultations. The rebate depends upon the company rebate policy and your level of insurance coverage.
Lower Fee Options
In certain circumstances, we may be able to take on clients at a reduced fee.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES
Occupational Therapy Fees
Private clients: $200 per session.
NDIS Clients:

Occupational Therapy Services and are able to provide services either at our practice or by traveling to your location.
Our fees for NDIS clients are aligned with the NDIS price guide to ensure you receive the appropriate support.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
To make a booking, please contact us via phone or our online booking system.
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to the full session fee. In certain circumstances, we may waive the fee.
If a valid medical certificate is provided, the cancellation fee will be waived entirely.
Client Responsibilities
Please arrive on time for your appointment and be prepared to engage fully in your session.
Follow the treatment plan and any recommendations provided by your psychologist.
Communicate openly with your psychologist about your progress and any concerns you may have.
Emergency Contact Information
In case of an emergency when our practice is not available, please contact emergency services or go to your nearest hospital.
