Allocating your NDIS Funding for Psychology, Positive Behaviour Support, and Occupational Therapy

— A Quick Guide —

PSYCHOLOGY

Office-Based: $244.22 per hour
Home/Community (Travel included): $488.44 per appointment
(Note: Allocates up to 1 hour total for travel)
Progress Report: $488.44 (2 hours)

10 office-based sessions:
10 × $244.22 = $2,442.20
1 progress report: $488.44
Total (no travel): $2,930.64
Total with travel for all 10 sessions: ~ $5,372.84
Recommended Range:
$3,000–$5,500

POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT (PBS)

Important:
Any PBS funding under “Improved Relationships” must be allocated to one PBS practitioner.

Behaviour Support Plan (BSP): Typically 10–25 hours @ $244.22/hour

Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA): 10 hours @ $193.99/hour = $1,939.90
