Our Gosnells clinic is on Albany Highway, providing a local option for Perth’s south-eastern suburbs, including Thornlie, Maddington, Huntingdale, Canning Vale and Kelmscott.
You can request this clinic when referring. All four disciplines are offered across Sigma’s clinics, but each clinician has their own schedule. Intake will discuss a suitable clinician, location and current availability.

Do I need a GP referral to contact this clinic?
No. You can contact Sigma directly. A GP or other eligible referral may be needed for Medicare rebates, which is separate from making contact.
Can I ask about access before booking?
Yes. Tell intake about mobility, sensory or communication needs. We can discuss the clinic and whether another setting would suit you better.
Can the therapist come to me instead?
Possibly. Mobile coverage depends on your address, the clinician and the service. Travel and arrangements are explained beforehand.
